The slices are enormous, each one a quarter of a whole pie, but it's quality, not quantity, that keeps Ernesto's customers loyal; an elegant crust, substantial enough to hold a raft of toppings without collapsing, yet light and crisp at the edges, is covered with a fi ne minimalist tomato sauce and good mozzarella, as well as a vast array of excellent toppings; well-stuffed calzones and subs are also available.
