Parking is by permit only, but the parking lot across the street at Keezer's clothing is fair game after store hours. For public transportation, take the Red Line to Central Square and walk 3 blocks up River Street.

AMBIENCE/CLIENTELE
Visually, River Gods is more decorated than designed. They especially love to do it up for holidays like Halloween and of course, St. Patty's Day. Gothic, without the geekiness that this
implies. The owner calls it "new Irish," but it's open to interpretation. There are church pews, mismatched chairs, and an old desk. The room is dim, and the lights are a study in form over function. A tiny DJ booth perches over one corner
of the bar, and there is a regular rotation of local jockeys, spinning a variety of genres; often times with video art projections on the far wall. They are always coming up with new ways to have fun, pioneering neighborhood Wii Nintendo and
Guitar Hero nights.
